Comparative analyses of antibiotic use in dogs, cats and equines in veterinary practices
In summer 2024, for the first time since the Swiss veterinary antibiotic information system (IS ABV) was introduced, veterinarians received a report on antibiotic prescribing in dogs, cats and equines in their practice or clinic. This practice-specific report will allow inter-practice comparisons of antibiotic usage in 2022 and 2023.
