Les aventures du Schnafoul’Club: BL’enquête de veau: a kids’ comic-book blend of fun, science, and public health
10.03.2025 - Canton Geneva teamed up with the Agora d’Hypatie publishing house to make an unusual contribution to WAAW 2024: a comic book on antibiotic resistance including aspects of One Health aimed at 8-year-olds.
The book is sent on request to primary schoolteachers and healthcare professionals of Canton Geneva who work with children. By year-end of 2024,around 100 teachers and more than 70 healthcare workers had ordered the comic.
65 of the teachers also requested a classroom presentation by an expert in the field. These visits will be conducted January to May 2025, by biologists and infectious disease physicians working in private practice, hospitals, or public health. The Chief Medical Officer of Canton Geneva will be conduct some visists, too.
